Wearing a ring that looks just like an engagement ring, just to keep those creeps away...
Okay, so maybe it seems a bit tragic to pretend that you are engaged when you dont even have a boyfriend. And it didnt really work for me when me and the girls were in party-town Rimini, Italy, either...

"I love you, do you wanna dance?"
"No, sorry I'm married" puts the ring in his face.
"Nooo...ti aaaamo"
"Yes I am..." walks away
" No, you donta have boyfrienda..ti aaaaamo"
"goodbye"
"Can i geta your telephonnuuumero, i looove you"
"I AM MARRIED, GO AWAY!"
"But you can havea boyfrienda in Italia too..."
SIGH

But! It is a good trick when you have a night-out with the girls, and want to spend time with your FRIENDS ONLY. You must realize though that its not a perfect trick if you want to flirt too, .. it can create a touch of confusion. And you wouldnt want to flirt with the guys who flirt with girls they think are engaged, would you?

I got this pretty ring from my grandmother when I was about..ten years old i think. I am kind of a ring-freak in general and have like...maybe 20? I dont wear them all at the same time, but I had a period in my life when I had one on every other finger. (on both hands that is!)

Awesomeness no.2 -Jericoacoara

The second awesome on our list will be JERICOACOARA. "Jeri" as it is nicknamed, is a small little village on Brazil's northwest coast. A paradise for kitesurfers and explorers from all around Brazil, and the world. It is awesome because it is such a wonderful hideout. A place where stress seems nowhere to be found.

On the sanddune I watched the most beautiful sunset I have ever seen. More of that later in the list...


The opportunity to go horseback riding on the beach makes this place even more special.

Have you ever been there? Or to a similar, "paradisy" place?
I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to go there, the peaceful atmosphere really is healing for the soul.

Hello everybody and welcome to The never ending list of awesome!!

This is, as the headline already gives away, a regularly updated list of awesome things, for you and me to share, love and enjoy. (or just for me if nobody ever reads it...)

I would like to start of by a brief presentation of myself and why I created this blog.

I am a girl/woman/creature born and raised in Stockholm-the capital of Sweden. As time has gone by I have realised though, that I do not know a s**t about my own city. (A.k.a Yes, i do get lost in the city center), and so I have realised that there is more to discover. Near and far. And i have started to do so. I work full-time as an administrator/assistant on the swedish subsidiary of an austrian security company, mainly to gain money for travelling, which is my probably biggest interest in this world. I want to see it all! I want to learn everything, taste everything, try everything. I do, however, keep my distance from alcohol and other drugs, because I find them unneccessary and uninteresting.

This blog is made to inspire people, starting with myself, to see the good (awesome) side of things. Little or big. Real or unreal. I realize that we all have different judgement and maybe you will not agree with all the awesomenesses that I think are awesome, but you might have your own awesome way to look at things?
